OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:
Tenant Placement: With continual advertising we receive calls daily from perspective tenants to
keep units fully rented.
Tenant Screening: We require each potential tenant to complete an application form. To ensure
that your property will have the best tenant possible, we verify employment, rental history, and credit history.
Maintenance Services: Our staff is on call for any repair issue, including weekend emergencies.
We have a solid relationship with vendors who are skilled, licensed, independent contractors that provide
economical, quality and timely maintenance on your property. Some of our owners prefer more of a
“hands-on” approach for their property needs and repairs, therefore we support owners in the way they
would like to have their property managed. We are happy to offer flexibility in allowing owners to have as
much or a little personal involvement in the care of their properties.
Accounting: Each month you will receive a financial report showing monies collected and disbursements
made along with the original invoices of any payments made to vendors. Per your request we are able to
provide reports to you including tenant rental histories, property rental histories, and tax information to your
Inspections: To document the condition of your property, our property managers record digital pictures
prior to tenant occupancy and at vacate inspection as well.
Rent Collections and Eviction: We are diligent in making sure rents are collected on a timely basis.
However, if tenants become past due, proper notice is served with notification to tenant of possible court
action. Should eviction of tenants become necessary, we are able to contact an attorney specializing in
evictions, supply the necessary paperwork, and attend the eviction process with the attorney on be-half of
